This summer of 2022’s move has had me on red alert anxiety attack mode for the last three weeks and today my problems are all resolved by simply adding a secondary unit temporarily! Save yourself the headache explain what your situation is thoroughly(like a human for all you Karens!) and the management will hook you the heck up!!

I have had a storage unit here for a while and I like the place. It's clean and the staff is very nice.

Today I came for a transfer to a small unit and Giovanny was super nice and helped me so much. He is very professional and I'm happy.

Just started renting here today. Geo in the front was professional and helpful both times I interacted with him; he seemed to answer questions upfrontly and I never felt like he was trying to sell me. The place feels secure. The climate control feels like a good temperature.

We spent several hours looking for storage units. We ended up at Life Storage on 3364 SR 426. Cynthia helped us secure exactly what we needed. She was very professional and is definitely a people person. She's so positive and upbeat and we got a great great rate. Thanks Cynthia!!

Pros- Fantastic onsite staff! Gary, Rain, and Amber are phenomenal.
Cons- Village Green Management Company.

Sept 2020 update:
I have lived here for 3.5+ years and love this place. Management is very friendly and does a pretty great job overall; I used to have a noisy neighbor and they took care of it. Gary from maintenance is awesome if an issue ever comes up. Great river/city views. Surrounding area is very walkable and has a few cool bars & restaurants but still nicely quiet at the same time.

Stayed here with some friends during our trip down to Newport.

Great apartments with incredible views, and the places themselves are very nice. Particular one we were in had two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a great social area in between with full kitchen and laundry.
Incredibly clean, good check in and out times. Good Wi-Fi.
Beds aren't terribly comfortable, probably my only negative

Parking area is a little cramped underneath the building, but serves its purpose well enough.

Views from the apartment are pretty awesome and surrounding area is lively. You're in walking distance to so many different entertainment areas that you never need to drive, anywhere. All great access to a ton of awesome areas.

Area feels relatively safe. Nice people, all about, and staff at the apartments are all very helpful and polite.

The price of cost versus all you get while staying here is incomparably better then anything else in the area.

If looking for a place to stay while in the area this would be high on my list of recommendations.

Very nice and quiet. Office staff and maintenance staff are awesome and friendly. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. Very clean and always looking good. Excellent location to everything in walking distance. Beautiful views and the apartments are very nice. I recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice place to live located on the river and close to everything.
