Laura was wonderful in showing us around the property. She answered all of our questions and offered a very friendly atmosphere. We left feeling very good about our visit. Looking forward to moving to Fox Chase soon!
We lived at Fox Chase apartments for just over a year. The move-in process was seamless, and the group was very accommodating in helping us with paperwork and deposits. Our move-out process was also painless.
Every apartment complex has its perks, and I believe that the staff and facilities are what sets Fox Chase apart from other similarly-priced options. The tennis court is well-maintained, as is the pool. The workout area is smaller, but suitable. There are also long stretches of parking lots with adjacent complexes for running. The staff is excellent. The front office folks are available and easy to reach at all times. During the COVID-19 quarantines, they hand-delivered packages to our doors without being asked in an effort to reduce exposure by going to the clubhouse. The maintenance folks are some of the nicest people you will every meet, and they (most notably, John) helped us with multiple features of our apartment (ceiling fan installation, furnace filter changes, clogged dishwasher) quickly and for free.
We also loved the location and general safety. The police patrol the area with some regularity and you can see them drive around the parking lot. The highway is no more than 2 minutes away, and grocery stores like Kroger and Aldi are a 5 minute drive. There are multiple young families in the complex and the area is definitely family friendly.
My wife and I lived on the third floor and loved our vaulted ceilings (would recommend if you don’t mind 1.5 flights of stairs). We loved the open space and multiple bedroom options for our apartment. We also cannot overemphasize how great having two full bathrooms was.
Would definitely live here again if life brought us back.
Have lived here for last 4 months and office staff is helpful and knowledgeable, neighbors are quiet for the most part, and I love that my little dog is able to live here. Also can't say enough about the maintenance crew. I have had a few minor issues come up (light switch bad connection, small leak under sink, toilet seat screw missing) and even noticed a small water mark on the upper wall in which I thought there might be a roof leak and that the complex should be aware. The staff is always thankful when you bring these items to their attention in order to facilitate a quick resolution to any issues. Most maintenance items are resolved within a day or two with a note from maintenance about the repair. Have not lived in an apartment for many, many years but Fox Chase South has certainly made the transition easier and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment to call home.
Fox Chase south may not have 1 bedroom apartments, and they may also be a tad pricey, but these are the best apartments I have ever had the pleasure of leasing. Not being able to break your lease kind of sucked when my gf broke up with me and left me to pay for 2 bedrooms by myself, but great location, easy access to Newport and down, excellent landlord (Dan) and really great fixtures and furnishings. If I had a more reliable roommate or a roommate to even begin with I would have lived here another 3+ years. Ty Fox Chase
