Not only is Jon very knowledgeable, but he is also honest and trust worthy (which we all know is a rarity in sales). Jon is patient, kind, understanding, and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Even though I never stepped foot into his store or met Jon in person, I knew that he would do everything possible to help me get the executive desk that I was looking for and at a great price too. Jon had my back and took great care in making sure that I received my desk in mint condition (which I did) by adding extra packaging to protect the boxes and most important the corners. “My dog needed to have surgery on a Sunday for a severely infected anal gland that had burst and caused cellulitis. We had excellent service, received an itemized bill and quote prior to any services rendered, the vet provided a detailed description on the procedure and took the time from his busy schedule to answer all questions, and the vet techs were extremely kind and empathetic. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment! The price was also equivalent to what we would pay at our primary vet.”

To start, they came out and gave me a bid and detailed every expense in writing and that's the amount I paid. There were no surprises. Workmen arrived every day on time to complete the job. They were very polite and listened to what I had to say. They made no assumption about what I may have wanted, but involved me in every decision. For example, They had my husband sit on the bench in the shower that they built to measure where he could best reach the grab bars installed. The tile work was impeccable. Grout lines were straight and even. The last thing to be done was painting the master bath. The paint job was phenomenal. It looked beautiful. I also really liked the way Shawn Schildmeyer communicated with us. He was very straight forward in explaining how the job process would play out and about the costs. I felt he did an excellent job for a very fair price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bath Pro and sincerely thank them for making our experience such a positive one. They get five stars from me.”
