They speak Mandarin Chinese and they’re so nice, but more importantly, they’re great at what they do. Not a whole lot of communication needed. We go in, state that we want the 60 min., get walked to the room, take out clothes off and receive the best massage ever.”

“I’ve never had a bad experience at the “Alexandria Office.” The receptionists are extremely sweet,and caring. I think Dr.Sharp is an excellent doctor, and I’d refer him to anyone looking for a primary care provider. He is highly professional but the main reason I would recommend him is, you can tell he is companionate about his career as a doctor, he is completely attentive when you are speaking and addressing your medical concerns. Dr.Sharp takes his time with his patients, however, he is still promptly on schedule as far as his appointments are concerned. I have had numerous doctors in my past, and by far he is the first I’ve ever gave any recognition too!!”

Chelsea was my physical therapist and she was awesome. Kind and caring so much patience. I feel like i meet a new friend not just had a great therapist . Today I was released, it was my last day. “I think they must of just moved to this Cold Spring location because the sign said Cold Spring Urgent Care. The number on the sign didn't work and voicemail was full when calling Bluegrass' number. Went inside and they walked us through how to fill out the paperwork so we can be tested. Laicy actually did our (me and coworker) Covid test, she was very nice and did a great job with administering this 8-9 second test. I would of given 5 stars because we were in and out but the sign and phone line is something they need to address.”
