To start, they came out and gave me a bid and detailed every expense in writing and that's the amount I paid. There were no surprises. Workmen arrived every day on time to complete the job. They were very polite and listened to what I had to say. They made no assumption about what I may have wanted, but involved me in every decision. For example, They had my husband sit on the bench in the shower that they built to measure where he could best reach the grab bars installed. The tile work was impeccable. Grout lines were straight and even. The last thing to be done was painting the master bath. The paint job was phenomenal. It looked beautiful. I also really liked the way Shawn Schildmeyer communicated with us. He was very straight forward in explaining how the job process would play out and about the costs. I felt he did an excellent job for a very fair price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bath Pro and sincerely thank them for making our experience such a positive one. They get five stars from me.”

“I think they must of just moved to this Cold Spring location because the sign said Cold Spring Urgent Care. The number on the sign didn't work and voicemail was full when calling Bluegrass' number. Went inside and they walked us through how to fill out the paperwork so we can be tested. Laicy actually did our (me and coworker) Covid test, she was very nice and did a great job with administering this 8-9 second test. I would of given 5 stars because we were in and out but the sign and phone line is something they need to address.”

It's a small church compared to some of the others up and down us27, but you won't meet nicer people in Campbell County.”

“You have to spend 6 dollars to come in but when you do, it justifies coming there at least twice a year, that or buying an annual pass if you live in Campbell County. The disc golf course is amazing, with pristinely cut grass. The lake looks nice and is perfect for fishing or boating. Like I said the pricing is kinda steep compared to Hamilton County Parks, that's the only thing keeping it from 5 stars. Other than that it is a great park.”
