I went in store today and was BLOWN AWAY!! The young guy who helped me was so professional, friendly, and really well spoken. He answered all my questions about my account and my new plan. He was also able to solve an issue I was having with my old phone! I ended up upgrading anyway, and he got me an amazing promo deal on my new iPhone! Seriously great experience, and I would totally recommend this store to anyone and everyone!! 😄

I stopped by Verizon because my screen was broken and I wanted to pay my bill today. Wow am I happy I did !!!
I am getting a new phone for me and 2 family members, a new watch, reducing my monthly bill and getting more data than ever before. This is amazing.
But the best part is Ralph has been so very patient with me answering all my questions, offering solutions for our data issues and just really taking time with me and my daughter to make sure we have everything we need.
An excellent experience, I could not be more satisfied.

I was lost with this new phone and was helped right away. I've always had great help in the Verizon stores more than online tech. Eric was able to switch from my old phone to my new phones in no time and helped me with some accessories also. We have been Verizon customers for years and don't look to switch anytime soon.
