Chandlers Deer Processing

Call before you go , I mean the second you are about to walk out the door.
They are a small operation and fill up fast.
Called the night before they were taking deer got there 8:30 am next day they were full.
That being said they do a great job and have done many deer for me.

Everything came out well and the processing was fast, despite how busy they were were I dropped my buck off

Dropped my buck off at 10:15am on a Sunday morning. They were busy receiving deer when we got there. We got the call to pick him up at 3:30pm. I opened a few packs to inspect them before putting them in the deep freezer. I was most impressed by the roasts. Very good texture and grind on the burger as well. I've been taking my deer to a well recognized meat shop in Lexington for several years because I hadn't heard about Chandler's. I dont know how Chandlers produced such nice cuts so fast. They are well worth the 25 minute drive from Fayette County to their location imo. I'll be back with my doe's.

everything they've made from the sticks to the bbq is off the chart. the chops are the BEST cut of meat I have ever had! thank you!

I have taken my last few harvests here and it’s the best place to go in the Central KY area. Fast and well priced.
