(March 7, 2020, 8:31 am)It's clean. It's friendly. The locker rooms are nicely kept. There's almost always a machine to use, or only a short wait. The equipment is nice. And I can drop my teens with their friends to blow off energy and have some me time.

I am so grateful for the child care and accommodations.
My children love visiting here and are well cared for during my time working out. The child care providers encourage me to take advantage of the full two hours and I just can’t thank them enough for the support they give to all the moms that attend this location.
Favorite spin teachers are: Kandis, Nancy.
Favorite trainer: Nancy
Favorite deep swim teacher: Nicole, Jenny
Favorite group fitness: Pam, triple threat.
Courses yet to try: yoga, Pilates and silver sneakers

It doesn’t seem to get over crowded which is really important to me plus it has a swimming pool sauna steam room and a basketball court plus a fully functional gym. It seems to always be very clean and the staff is utterly amazing. I work out here 5 to 6 days a week. If you’re looking for a gym for your family or yourself outside of the pricing being a little high it is one of the best places to work out.
(February 4, 2020, 10:04 pm)Love the gym overall, it has everything a gym needs including childcare. The only complaint I have is that it could use some renovation and updating to the equipment and building itself, but even that can’t bring down my rating from a 5 to 4. The cherry on top is the super friendly and helpful staff, they always answer my questions and then some, providing me with brochures and offering a tour or a walk to wherever it is I want to go. Very family friendly too :)
(December 20, 2019, 9:49 pm)We use this facility four days a week! Great warm poor for water aerobics. Lots of equipment for all levels of fitness.
