We have been asking for 6 weeks to have our propane tanks moved from our old location to our new location. I call 2 or 3 times a week. Brian, our rep, does not bother to return the call. We are not even given an estimated date. I'm sure the people at our old location are enjoying the propane in the tanks that we paid for. Very frustrating.
7/7/2021 Update. In response to my review, I was contacted by the regional manager, apologizing for the lack of communication and effort. The tanks were moved within days of his call. Although I am happy the tanks have finally been moved, I won't give a 5 star review due to the effort it took.
Great place for welding equipment or gas. Friendly staff and very good pricing.
I moved into a house and inherited a problem with the tank. Holston went above and beyond, sending out workers several times until the problem was corrected. All at no cost to me, except for the gas. EXTREMELY amazing customer service. Ask for Nick.
