Excellent customer service. Worth the hour & a half drive from Louisville to work with these very nice sales associates. Melody did all in her power to accommodate me when the bike that I was looking for was a little too tall for me & suggested that I'd use a lowering kit to achieve the seat height that I wanted. Proud to say that I am an owner of a brand new motorcycle because of her help & the knowledge & expertise of everyone here who refused to give up on me when they could've chose to. Hope to come back again if all else fails in Louisville!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were willing to sit down and have a fairly lengthy discussion with me about the differences between two models. Very helpful! Their stock is a bit low right now, but I think that is everywhere these days! I'll definitely be back.
I hit a pothole on Saturday they came and got me going to fix my bike for me Awesome bunch of people thank you very much thanks keep up the good work
They all seem to be happy working there knowledge of Royal infield was questionable but I know it's a new item mainly the meteor but overall I have to say that the bike is great. A lot of people love the look, quality and sound of the bike.
These guys are a pleasure to deal with all the way from the General Manager Chris, the Sales Manager Darin, Bobby in finance, Stephen in sales and Wilson running the Parts Department. You won't find a better group of people that are willing to help you with whatever you need before, during and most importantly after the sale. I was hesitant about buying an Indian because I have always owned Harley's but after I rode the Chieftain, did some research and asked this group a ton of questions I am confident in the choice I made. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Indian of Lexington!
