Bethany Hicks - State Farm Insurance Agent

Jennifer and Karen are always professional and courteous when I have questions or issues with my insurance or policy. I have used State Farm for several years, and their customer service is great! I highly recommend Bethany Hicks State Farm to any one needing car insurance or renters insurance.

My car was recently involved in an accident (another driver hit my parked car on a city street in Lexington, KY). My insurance is with State Farm (and has been for over 20 years), so I filed a claim against my Collision coverage. This was my first claim, so I'm submitting a review of my experience with State Farm.

My car was totaled by State Farm (too bad...I loved my little 2016 Smart Car), as my car was hit very hard by the other driver. Even though my car was totaled, I was very impressed with how fast and professional State Farm was throughout the entire experience. They managed the towing process, end-to-end, and covered all expenses. They also worked directly with the mechanics at Caliber Collision, paying all related expenses. They covered the rental car I needed, 100%.

Last, but not least, they paid a very fair value for my car (well above Blue Book value), as well as reimbursing me for my deductible (which was $1,000). Once my car was declared a total loss, I received 3 checks within days covering the total loss, the rental car, and my deductible.

I simply could not be more impressed with State Farm's service and professionalism. I wish I still had the little Smart Car. It was so much fun to drive in town. But no matter what I drive, I hope to ALWAYS be insured by State Farm!!

Jennifer Emberten is amazing!!!!! She had me all taken care of so quickly and it was so easy. I am saving money and I have better coverage and much much nicer person to work with. She is always so professional and kind and got to know me. I am so glad I get to work with her for my insurance needs she is always so honest and really care. She really gave me piece of mind.
