Merrick Place

I enjoy living here at the Merrick. This is a nice quite place to live. The grounds here are well kept and the flower beds are always changing with the seasons. The.office personnel and the maintenance personnel are so helpful and quick to respond to any issues that may occur.

A very comfortable apartment that is quiet with peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The service is top notch, in that when called for repairs or maintenace, someone responds within hours, not days. We have found all of the staff to be most friendly and helpful. I am pleased by the fact that I will be able to even have a small garden.

Merrick is a Lexington legend. It's Bluegrass hospitality to a T. Good food, classy atmosphere. I'll miss the pool (it's been filled in), but maybe it'll come back.

I had the special, snapper, on this occasion. Flaky, buttery, with a delicate crust. Also had the grouper fingers and shrimp (like a bang bang shrimp) appetizers (I'm pescatarian🤷‍♂️). Paired with a Lexington craft beer and I was full and satisfied.

Lovely visit as usual.
