  Amanda and Jarran Thomas are the ideal realtors, especially for first time home buyers. They are incredibly hardworking, reliable and transparent. One word captures Amanda's work ethic very well: relentless! She and Jarran prepared a lot going into each pivotal step in our buying process (initial search, building, walk-throughs and closing) and drew our attention to so many matters we otherwise would have overlooked. They began as our realtors but became very good friends very soon into the process. We felt we were in great hands from the first moment we met and the entire process only demonstrated that they had our best interests in mind the entire time and strengthened our trust in them more and more. Despite Covid, they were able to help us meet so many deadlines and keep the process coming along smoothly. Their patience and accommodating nature was beat only by their jovial nature. Spending an entire day looking at houses with them wasn't a stressful affair because we laughed often and simply had a lot of fun throughout the process. Even after closing, Amanda and Jarran made sure we settled into the new house well and that our family was enjoying the new space. If you’re looking for a wonderful realtor team in the Lexington KY region, you’re in absolutely good hands with Amanda and Jarran Thomas. And if you're a realtor, we hope you emulate their service and professionalism but truth be told, they've set a very high bar for others to beat - so good luck! We know we wouldn't have been able to make this move had it not been for their tremendous effort. If we ever have anyone we know move to this area, we'd definitely want Amanda and Jarran to help in their home search. So it goes without saying we'd give them 5 out of 5 stars -- we can't thank them enough for their help!

  Amanda and Jarran were amazing to work with! They made us feel like we were their priority every time we met. Always quick to answer questions or discuss our concerns, they were there every step of the process. Being from out of state, the thought of buying our first home in an unfamiliar town was intimidating, but the process went smoothly because of The Thomas Group. I highly recommend Amanda and Jarran for your real estate needs!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda and Jarran Thomas. My fiance and I had the best experience with the Thomas Group. We were first time home owners and they took the time to educate us on the process and explained every step along the way. We never felt in the dark when something was going on, which kept us at ease throughout this stressful life change. They responded to all our questions and concerns immediately (via text & email), which is something we really value!
  
  They took us through dozens of homes within two days and were very patient with us. They were also great company and wonderful people to spend long days with! When we eventually found our dream home, they jumped right on it and helped us put an offer in within no time. There were multiple offers going through, but we ended up getting our dream home thanks to Amanda and Jarran.
  
  All in all, The Thomas Group was very knowledgeable about the market, reliable in communication, and dedicated to finding us the perfect home. We HIGHLY recommend them!

  Amanda and Jarran were recommended to me last year when I needed to sell my home. The first time I met them I was very impressed with their preparation, organization, and enthusiasm. They were extremely personable throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Lexington area looking to buy or sell a home!

  Young Professional, family of 3 (newborn at the time of house-shopping!) who found The Thomas Group through a mutual connection. First time home buying can be a stressful time, but not with these guys! Prepared, data in hand, questions answered promptly, swift communication with the sellers/buyers, and never showed us homes outside of our price range/stylings, even offering suggestions based on what we had stated we (thought) were looking for. If moving into the Lexington area, these guys are a great group to go with!
