  Eileen is the best. Last month I was at a horse show in NY with my trailer and when I went to hook up to go home the battery for the hitch was dead. I called mechanics, I called US rider, I called the show office, stopped maintenance people just to get a little help. And after three hours no one would help me. Then I thought to myself I will call the dealership. Lucky me Eileen picked up the phone and step-by-step knew exactly how to manually use the Jack. she stayed on the phone with me until I figured it out on a Sunday afternoon. I can’t say enough about her customer service considering I bought the trailer two years ago and I live in Massachusetts. Thank you Eileen you’re a lifesaver. It is incredibly refreshing to actually receive customer service I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

  This is a late review but better late than never. Winners Circle was the only place out of about 5 I called (in a very horse-centric area no less) that would look at my horse trailer when I lost a wheel on the highway. While they couldn't fix the problem for me, they were happy to let me 'camp' in the parking lot for a few hours while I arranged transport home for my horses, and they gave me a couple phone numbers to call to attempt to get a repair. I appreciate it, and they are friendly, top-notch people!
