I have had 2 interactions with XPO in the last couple months. Both were mattress sets purchased from Sam's Club, one King and one full set. Both times I received numerous text, emails and a phone call to let me know when they were shipping and delivery date. Both times I received a text telling me the delivery window and both times I received the 30 minute call before they arrived...in 15. The delivery on the king they took directly to the bedroom on the second floor and set it up. They did this without making one mark on the walls going up a split staircase. I was amazed because it was heavy. On the delivery today I had them just leave it in the plastic and put it in the garage. Both delivery teams were nice and personable. I wanted to make sure and put this review in because I had read so much negative that I was understandably stressed but I did not have that experience with XPO at all. I would not hesitate to use them again. Note: This also came 8 days before they told me it would originally.
