(December 12, 2019, 10:08 am)I can't say enough positive things about The Urban Squirrel storage. They made my transition from one state to the next so much easier. I originally wanted one storage unit but I had to call Christy (the owner) on a Saturday and get two more storage units. She was at a wedding and answered me back! That is customer service at it's best. There were several times I needed things after hours or on the weekends every time I contacted her she was available. Thank you so much for making this stressful time much easier! I would definitely recommend The Urban Squirrel!
(December 5, 2019, 10:38 am)When I was in an immediate need for a storage unit, I called The Urban Squirrel and was taken care of promptly. Everything was done over the phone I was actually able to get a unit that night. Move out was also as easy. I appreciated the equipment to help move things in and out. Also, I was impressed with the security within the building and perimeter. Christie took good care of all my needs. Thank you!
(October 31, 2019, 12:43 pm)The staff at this place are FANTASTIC!!! I’m a truck driver and used them to park my trailer over the weekends, the site was always clean and Well kept. Miss Christi is a a absolute sweetheart, she helped me with anything I needed. Her spirits are always high you’d never know she’s having a bad day.. I highly recommend them.
