Healthy Foot Center

They weren’t rude to me, but more importantly - the inserts Larry made are wonderful.

I am upgrading this rating from one star to five. I returned to the Healthy Foot Center last week for a follow-up appointment. Bonnie was not there. The staff who were present were extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. Because my insurance does not supplement the cost of shoes or additional inserts, the Pedorthist worked out a plan for me to purchase what I needed. Great service.
Original Post with one-star rating: I have had five appointments at the Healthy Food Center over the past year and encountered an unprofessional front desk / reception staff member, Bonnie. Impolite, impatient, and short interaction on telephone. "I am busy!" "What more do you want?" Demanding statements, and refused to answer questions or document critical information. Disconnected phone call without warning. Other staff members were pleasant and helpful, and I did purchase diabetic shoes and custom molded inserts that have been helpful over the past year. My overall experience, however, was overshadowed and negatively impacted by interaction with Bonnie. General appearance of store and patient care/exam area was cluttered, disorganized and dirty at last year's visits; however, it has notably improved this year.
