    I’ve purchased more fragrances from Cos Bar than I care to admit from multiple stores, but mainly this location—my favorite one. They provide an excellent shopping experience every time, even over the phone, which is hard to do ! The staff is very friendly and has a sense of humor. They know their stuff, too. If I ask a question about a product, they instantly can rattle off things about it and recommendations. I’m so impressed with how accommodating they are as well.
    10/10 on all fronts—so much better than somewhere stuck-up like Saks or Neiman. Can’t recommend them enough!

    Always a massive help while making you feel welcome. Staff is knowledgable and always ready to introduce you to new products out of passion and not pressure to do so.

    Very nice and well arranged. Only gave it 4 stars as wished carried more products like other bigger COS Bars, so able to try and test colors.
    Usually colors not same in person as shown on web site. Little off from each other. For that reason, hard to buy, test with skin tone, especially on sale/no return items.
