We wanted to surprise our mother and have a remote start installed for Christmas. I misunderstood what they told me and thought I had made an appointment for 9:30 am to have them take her car and install the remote start. I took it while she was sleeping, making an excuse that I needed the car. Anyhow, when we arrived for the install we were informed that someone should have told me that 9 cars were in front of Mom's and it would be late afternoon before it would be done. We left the car and worked on an excuse as to why she would not have her car all day on her day off. But low and behold, 45 mins later we were called and told it was done. They put Mom's car ahead of the line in order to accommodate our surprise. I am so thankful that they cared enough about our Christmas and making sure she was unaware that they went above and beyond to help us out! I really do recommend this place. Sweet people! Steven is by far one of the most honest and trustworthy individuals I’ve ever come across. His main goal is to make sure that you leave his facility happy and satisfied. Back in March (when everything shutdown due to covid) I ordered a rough country lift kit for my truck. Many months went by without a word from rough country. Steven would call me from time to time and give me updates. Five or six months go by and we still haven’t received much info from rough country regarding my order. Even though it’s not in their policy to issue refunds, Steven went above and beyond and decided to give me one. So I’ll definitely be a returning customer. That type of customer service is rare.
