Zach was very professional, courteous, and answered my every call/text message very promptly, no matter the time or day. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and was willing to do anything that I asked (or that he could think of) to make it the best experience possible. After getting to the 232 West New Circle rd. Lexington, Ky. Location, Canon was nothing short of outstanding to work with! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout this entire transition. He made everything go so smoothly, like setting up our My Chevy app, going over the ceramic coating benefits, and even went over all of the basic controls and operations of the vehicle itself. Nobody has EVER done that for us before! I look forward to dealing with these Gentlemen and this Dealership again in the future and please know that you have a lifetime handful of customers in my family and myself for years to come. (September 9, 2022, 4:53 pm)Solid experience. Walked in, spotted the car I wanted to buy in the parking lot, took it for a very quick test drive, then wrote a check and bought it. Exactly how the car buying experience should be. No nonsense, no salesman trying to upsell stupid stuff, and the whole experience was maybe 30 - 45 minutes total. That's great. A+ work.
Ask for Silas. Cool guy, and he works quickly. No long periods of waiting around for paperwork. And he knows his cars pretty well.
(July 27, 2022, 10:24 am)Canon and Alec were outstanding to work with. I called the dealership in the morning and drove off in a brand new vehicle later that day. Canon was responsive, energetic, professional, and simply made the buying process exciting and fun. Alec in finance was informative, quick, efficient, and very pleasant to work with.I’ve never had this type of experience anywhere else. I live in Cincinnati, but will refer friends and family here, as well as return for future buying needs. Thanks again, Canon!
(May 10, 2022, 8:54 am)They did a fantastic job. They are always friendly and treat us like family. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to get anything done to my Chevrolet Silverado. When it is time to purchase a new truck this where I will go to buy one. They have just made both my wife and I feel so comfortable here we couldn’t dream of going anywhere else. They are they best.

This dealership was willing to make sure I was happy with my financing and the condition of the vehicle. Another special thanks to Alec for getting me some good financing on my car. That’s something you don’t find everyday, nowadays. I will definitely be back in the future!
