“Very happy! I stayed in a nice, clean room. Plumbing and A/C unit worked well. I made use of the hotel pool, hot tub, and fitness center and found them all in good shape. “I cannot say enough about this place! I was dealing with some issues with my one year-old son. I had a prescription for glasses and I needed to get them on him ASAP. I called everywhere in Lexington trying to get the prescription filled. No one could help me or it would be a two week wait to get it filled and I couldn’t wait that long . I was finally able to speak with a lady named Amanda Weikel. She was able to get us in the next day. She actually moved patients around just to fit us in. Her and another optician named Janea ( Jae ) Maxberry took AMAZING care of us. This is a great place for children. I completely 100% trusted both of them with my child. I was very upset under the circumstances I had found out a couple days before about my child, and Amanda went out of her way to console me and be there just like a friend would. This office deserves 10 stars! Both these women deserve medals for everything they’ve done For my son today! No one else would help me but Simpsons optical! Thank you so much Simpsons. You have now become our family new Doctor for eye glasses.!! I know it’s just glasses but it was so much more than that. These workers truly cared!”
