“Dr. Harrod and his staff were exceptional. I had ankle fusion surgery in January of 2019. It is a long surgery with a long recovery time. Dr. Harrod and his staff were always available for questions I might have during recovery. Even worked me in extremely quick for an unscheduled visit when I was experiencing some discomfort from my cast. I would definitely give the whole team (Dr. Harrod, surgery staff, and his personal staff) a five star rating and my highest recommendation for anyone needing any ankle or foot procedure.”

“My sister was here for over six months recovering from a broken ankle. She is mostly nonverbal, so a somewhat challenging patient. The Northpoint nursing, medical, therapy, dietary and housekeeping staff all treated her with compassion, patience and care. They quickly earned her trust, and she responded well enough to therapy to be able to return to a community residential setting. They were also supportive of me. When I first toured NP, I was really impressed with the way the staff interacted with each other. I could tell then that they operated as a team. My mother spent her last months at a much fancier facility with private rooms, but the care was nowhere near as skilled and caring as what my sister received at Northpoint. A big thank you to all of you.”

“I wish I had met Dr Schantz many years ago. The 2 procedures I had with a different physician caused me such pain that by the 3rd time I had to undergo fixing what the previous physician done, I was a nervous wreck and would not give that physician a 3rd chance for correction. I found Dr Schantz and the experience was amazing from the first visit. Most importantly, the pain I experienced this time was very minimal (I didnt need meds at all the first day!) compared to the procedures with the previous board certified ps. I was amazed. I had bilateral breast augmentation/implant exchange/capsular contracture removal with a lift and reconstruction. I am so thankful for him!”

“The mix of classes are great and I definitely don't get bored because the instructors switch up the class formats. I was extremely out of shape when I started taking classes at Cadence and never once was I made to feel bad or like I wasn't working hard enough when I couldn't do an exercise. The instructors were always encouraging and helpful with modifications and have really cheered me on as I've improved.
