They called me back before I had even completed my paperwork, so no waiting around time. Once I was in the chair the process was very efficient. Unlike every other dentists I have been to where they try to sell you every treatment known to man and then finally address why you are in their chair, Dr. Kleier looked at the X-ray, looked at the tooth, told me what she was going to do to fix it and went right to work. No trying to talk me into getting my teeth whitened, or root planing, or coming in every three months for cleaning...it was just straight forward dentistry. She checked in with me during the entire process to make sure I was not in any discomfort. I was so relaxed I started to fall asleep in the chair!”
