I live in CA and he lives in KY for work. I was incorrectly transferred to Ashley, after being shuffled around, hung up on, shuffled again, told I'd be call back as soon as they were available, shuffled and hung up on again, for 3 hrs. I was extremely frustrated, my anxiety was high, this had been an issue I've been trying to resolve since the end of April. She went above and beyond because others failed to do a decent job. There had been so much misinformation from rep to rep. The thing is, I think Ashley might just be naturally an awesome person, and it makes her great at customer service.
