Recently, I was driving and picked up a very large nail in my tire and had no idea what I was going to do - thankfully the Boston Road Ken Towery's was close and open!! I have taken my car to Ken Towery's in the past and have always had a great experience and this time was the same. They took my car, got the nail out and patched it up in about 30-40 minutes. When I went to pay, they said that they had taken care of it and to enjoy my day. Absolutely above and beyond service!! What could've ruined my day actually ended up making my day. “After visiting other dealerships, my wife and I recently went to Green's looking for a used 4 Runner for her, as we had heard great reviews from Green's. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by Chad. We informed him we were not looking to purchase a vehicle this date, but wanted to gather info on their 4 Runners, so we could go home and make an informed decision between the 4 Runner and other vehicles we were looking at. Chad was extremely helpful in going over details of the 4 Runners and respecting our price range and what we wanted out of a vehicle. When Chad had to meet with a previous customer, we were handed over to Aaron. Like Chad, Aaron took great care of us and went over features of the vehicle and assisted us with a test drive. Aaron also went over what it meant for a used vehicle to be "Toyota Certified". Both Aaron and Chad were respectful in our decision to not purchase a vehicle that day, and we left being highly impressed with the dealership and the Certified Used 4 Runner we were looking at purchasing. After spending time to talk things over, we quickly decided the 4 Runner was our choice. We contacted Chad and Aaron and they set up a time to meet with us at the dealership. We are now happy owners of a 2016 4 Runner! This is our first Toyota vehicle that either of us have purchased, but based on the treatment we received and the quality of the product, I am confident we will be back at Green's for our next vehicle purchase. We were in great hands with Chad and Aaron, as they were extremely knowledgeable and informative, but were most thankful for them not being pushy or pressuring us to make a purchase. “Chad and John are super knowledgeable, expedient, skillful, and professional in their machine work. They're deeply invested in the Lexington automotive and motorcycle scene and are a great example for any machine shop to follow. The work I had done was on a 1961 MG 1100 engine block, cylinder head, bell housing, and transmission/sump case. They honed my block to perfection, informed me of all problems they came across, helped me make decisions, removed old broken bearing races, installed cam bearings, cleaned everything, removed some really crusty broken studs, installed new studs, and did a ton of helicoil inserts on the worn-out aluminum bits. The shop is super clean, their machines are in perfect condition, and their pricing is in line with their perfect work. I cannot recommend this operation enough! These 2 gentlemen have gained another loyal customer. Thank you very much for the excellent work, Chad and John!”
