“"Very grateful to the folks at Man O War Harley Davidson. In June 2021 I was traveling from North Carolina to Devils Tower , Wyoming. About 2 miles from the dealership my check engine light came on, then my engine temperature light too. Met Josh as soon as they opened their doors for the day , and he had me in the shop within 15 minutes. He ran diagnostics and found the twin cool coolant pump was inoperative. Explained everything and the retrofit of much more efficient Bosch electric pump. Great assistance with my extended warranty. It went to the bay of Technician Tania Noble who was very professional and knowledgeable. Both Tania and Josh kept me updated on progress, and upon completion Tania explained the work that she had done. I'd rank Man O War dealership right at the top of the many Harley dealers I have done business with over the years. Sure , it was a little delay in our road trip but I'll remember this dealership and the folks favorably for years to come. And really proud of my Man O War Harley tee shirt with Davy Crockett and the bear. "”

I saw the vehicle I wanted online, took a look at the employee directory and emailed James to ask if the vehicle was still in stock. He responded to my inquiry quickly with a yes. He proceeded to tell me that it was a busy sales day in Lexington, despite the rain. I asked what I needed to do to ensure my vehicle was there the next day when I would be able to make it to Lexington to pick it up; I was that confident that I was going to purchase. He accepted my down payment over the phone and had all of my paper work complete, just awaiting my signature and car cleaned when I arrived to pick it up from Louisville. All future purchases will be at Lexus of Lexington instead of Lexus of Louisville. I am truly a satisfied customer.”

“I've been shopping here for years and always had a positive experience. Never had a rude encounter with staff. Great selection, affordable prices, and many, many fresh, frozen and shelf stable snacks and foods to choose from. I can think of one time of getting a bag of rice that was just past the expiration date, and to be fair it was a variety of rice not as popular and probably didn't sell well. I also love that they started selling fresh samosas at the register because after being around those intoxicating aromas, I'm definitely hungry!”

“We just love Freddy’s, especially this location the GM Tim does a great job with the customers and the staff is always friendly and on their game when it comes to the food quality. The kids can’t wait to get their chicken tenders and a free frozen custard and always make sure they are wearing the Freddy’s shirt to do so! I recently tried the fish and it was delicious, but the spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite. Not to mention that Freddy’s has the best cheese curds in town. It’s always clean and I feel comfortable with the Covid-19 safety precautions they have in place. 👍🏼👍🏼”

It did take a while to be answered at the speaker, there was no one in line ahead of us, however the staff were all super friendly and helpful, as well as patient! We had to wait around 10 minutes for our chicken tenders which we were told about in advance, however the wait was longer than expected. Once we did get our food though everything was delicious and exactly as ordered. We tried two of the new wraps, the creamy Mediterranean and the chicken club wrap as well as family favorites - roast beef sliders and chicken tenders! Thank you for such great service at this location!”
