The staff and the vet were very friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things to me.

Just changed vets from Richmond, where I had the BEST, get down in the floor, laughed about the young males, wouldn't upsale but would offer cheaper options every time, clinic. Very devastating bc I just knew I'd never find another that could come close to Dr. Walls....but I did, here.
Sooo impressed with the treatment of all my creatures and the chaos they can ensue! Scott treated them like they were his....kisses, laughs......and the rest of the staff is top-notch and I felt like I'd been there for years.
So glad I had been following Jenny Hurst's posts about this place!!

Excellent Staff!!! Dr. Scott actually came in, sat in the floor with Pepper, made her feel comfortable before he examined her! Highly recommend!

I love this place! The staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to ensure that your fur babies are comfortable and healthy. Every visit my little lady was scraping the car door to go see her friends. Dr. Nieves gives each pet individualized and is truly passionate about what he does. Thank you all for being such great people.

Dr. Scott is full of love and compassion for every animal and pet owner he comes in contact with. He has cared for every animal even strays that I have referred to him. His office staff has all the love to take time to learn names of the animals and pet owners.
