The Frankfort KY office was courteous and extremely professional. The only concern was the astronomical prices. I spent $80 per day on an economy vehicle that easily cost $30-35 per day.

In these times of uncertainty where people are in dire need to travel via highway, it seems like this is a time where Enterprise could accommodate at a more affordable rate.

You may want to let your marketing and finance team know that Southwest offers $49 roundtrips.

Please bring your rates down so loyal customers such as myself can continue to do business with Enterprise.
