They are located in an out of three way location, but they do great work, and the place is very clean.
We use this processor every year. Quick to get us scheduled and always super nice a professional. Packaging is nice and neat.
So far I've had 1 beef and 2 hogs processed here. Expectations are everything. This place is busy so once in a while a mistake is made. You as the customer need to be very specific about what you want done. Most importantly you get back everything you ask for. This place does quality work and I've been very happy. I'm having my own meat processed because it's just gotten rediculus to buy from the store.
I'm sure even more mistakes get made during the rush of deer season. Even the famous Webb's butcher block makes mistakes on deer due to the sheer volume. This is why I process my own deer.
We have been doing business with Harmon's for decades. We own a beef farm and have quite a few pleased customers. Last year I had a complaint about an " unrecognizable piece of meat despite what was wriiten on the package ". I've had that Before and it was still delicious.
I'm picky about how our bovine are treated. They've never even been subjected to an electric cattle prod. Dave is right there and has never witnessed abusive behavior.
In peak season there may be carcass parts visible waiting on disposal. It's a processing plant. They can't keep them indoors.
Customer service.....you get what you give. Myself, I have never had an issue with their customer service or their crew. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
