The Sunset Grill

The food and service has improved greatly under the new management! We have been several times recently and very happy every time. My husband loves the burger of the month! I have had several different sandwiches that were all good. And the fries are worth the trip alone!

Sunset Grill is nice lil restaurant right on The Ohio River, it is surround by water, across US42 is Craig’s Creek and the back water that was created when Markland Dam was built in early 1960’s. Mainly bar found although I really like their breakfast! The owners of restaurant have made RV spots right on river looking down toward Markland Dam plus right across the Ohio River is Belterra Casino. There are three Marina’s within five minutes of restaurant. Summer time lot of Motorcycles groups stop by! Come on down n have a cold one!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️

Really nice menu selection. Food was good although some things were not served hot. But the management was quick to give a discount for that error. The service was very, very helpful and good.
The view from the deck of the Ohio River was beautiful and as a bonus a river tug and barge went by. If you have an opportunity to be in this area, do stop in.

A really well-run place with great food and decent prices, and you can't beat the ambiance of that deck overlooking the river. This time I had the Breakfast Sampler which was very well prepared and tasty. I asked for gravy to go with the biscuits and they gave me some for (I think) no extra charge. The server was very friendly and checked back frequently to see if I needed anything. This was my 3rd time here, and won't be the last!
