Primary Care - Crittenden - St. Elizabeth Physicians

I was extremely satisfied with my first appointment. Lisa Aerhart and the rest of the employees were so friendly. They seem to genuinely care.

I don't know her name but I was seeing Dr Morgan today and the nurse that was taking care of me and giving me a flue shot really made my day. She told me that they all just loved me in there. The doctors listen to you & the nurses are caring, kind & polite. The only thing myself & others don't like is the receptionist having to ask for your phone where everyone that's around you can hear it. They've your number on file. Other Dr offices don't do that. You just let them know who you're there to see and what time your appt was which is how it should be since you don't want people knowing your phone number

I want to give kudos out for Lisa Arehart. She is very meticulous and caring and tries to get to the root of whatever is ailing one. She makes one feel as if they are at an old-timey doctor; she doesn't make you feel rushed even though I know the system wants her to hurry it up! I would highly recommend her.
