I am a new patient to this location and I just wanna say I felt so welcomed and comfortable here, the ladies at the front are super nice and helpful. I seen Dr. Byers and he is absolutely amazing! He listened to me and didn't rush me at all and made sure I left with any question or concern answered. I'm super happy I found this doctor I actually feel heard, I definitely recommend him and this location!
I've been going to Dry Ridge St Elizabeth's since I moved to the area over a decade ago. The staff has always treated me professionally and with care. Dr Ashcraft, Mindy, Kendra and the rest of the staff treat me like family. They recently moved to a new facility and it's really nice and much larger than the old building.
I was able to book an appointment to see Dr. Ashcraft for this same day. Dr. Ashcraft asked me if I would be ok with allowing a medical student to be a part of my appointment which I was agreeable. Both the student and Dr agreed I was suffering from inflammation that was in my shoulder and upper neck. My doctor was great in discussing my diagnosis as well as recommendations regarding returning to work. Medication management was right on track Andi was better within the first day. Dr. Ashcraft's staff was extremely helpful in getting my note to return to work.
My experience at St Elizabeth Physicians Dry Ridge is consistently excellent. I have been a patient of St Elizabeth for 23 years. The care I receive from my PCP, Dr. Byers is competent, objective, and ethical. Dr. Byers listens closely to all my concerns. He quickly shares treatment options and listens patiently to my input about treatment plans. I invariably defer to his recommendations.
The supporting staff at Dry Ridge have a professional, yet warm approach. The staff seem happy to contribute their gifts to the patient. I sense that the staff have a “patient first” mentality. That contributes to the cumulative experience of excellent care.
