I just want to personally say THANK YOU to this company's entire team. They were at my home in Largo, FL yesterday for repair work in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian (please note, they are based in KY and I am in FL...).
When they arrived, we were told that there was an issue with the connection between the main line in my neighborhood and the line connecting to my house. They then explained that it had been fixed previously, but not well, and that we were lucky nothing bad had happened prior to all of this.
There is no amount of gratitude I have for not only restoring my power, but also preventing what likely could've resulted in a fire at any given point in the future.
