CJ was very helpful in the process of navigating through insurance rental claims. Always had advice and making sure I was taken care of. Especially when I needed to add days or weeks of additional rental. Staffing was great and CJ runs a very professional shop.
I gotta said, I was going to put a bad review for the enterprise located in E-town, the Manager over there did not take care of us or even tried to take care of us. But CJ at the Ratcliff enterprise took care of us and I give him a 5 star rating for taking the time to listen to us and acting quickly and professionally. He saved the customer experience and prevented a bad review. Well deserved promotion for him.
Rolando SAVED THE DAY. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. I’ll forever be grateful of his amazing customer service and willingness to help us. We are moving to the area in a few weeks and drove up from TN to visit the area and check out apartments. While driving on I-65S, our car broke down right south of Lebanon Junction and the tow truck driver was willing to take us to TN, but admitted that it would be very uncomfortable and hard to fit 2 people. He suggested we find a car rental place. Well, I called several before talking to Rolando, and all of them either didn’t answer or were already closed. Rolando answered and did so much for us. At the time, he didn’t have any cars but was expecting 2 in. Soon, we talked again and he had a car available for us… he stayed on the phone and walked us through the process using the app and we were able to get a car to not only drive back to Nashville, but to finish looking at living places in the area. So now, we know the 4 apartment complexes that we’d move to rather than blindly guess. What a peace of mind to have in a stressful time. I’m so thankful for him and just amazed at his customer services and willingness to help us. Thank you. The man deserves a bonus, raise, etc. Something.
