The management, the maintenance team, the community, the safety and security that is represented, respectfully by everyone! If you choose to rent, buy, I would recommend this community to you first. I grew up here and this is centrally located to Elizabethtown, Louisville, or anywhere you'd need to travel. Definitely worth the value for an individual or family! Great job Parkside Mobile Home Management and their entire team!
(August 17, 2025, 7:07 am)Great places in amazing condition. Just signed my lease and it couldn’t have went better. Terrence worked with us and made sure we got the place we wanted and was extremely nice and made sure we knew how things worked with it being our first rent to own place.
