This is a family business in Radcliff, KY and they go out of the way to make you feel like family as well. Nick provided outstanding customer service and answered all of questions honestly and provided me with great advice during the entire process. On many occassion his advice saved me money when he clearly had an opportunity to sell me a useless upgrade. I truly appreciated that. I will definitely be using Willie and Mel's for all my future upgrades.
