“I absolutely love this shop. It has been locally owned and operated by the same family for 35 years. They originally started out carrying home decor. But in the last few years they added a boutique for plus size customers. Their high quality, stylish clothing and beautiful jewelry are very reasonably priced. They also offer personal shopping and live presentations two to three times weekly. And the thing that sets them apart from others is their customer service. All of the employees, including the owners, go out of their way to assist their customers. A big shoutout to Peggy and Amber for their amazing customer service skills!!! It doesn’t matter if you are in the shop or shopping via phone, they give you 100%. And did I mention that they personally answer their phone (I like to talk to a human being and not a robot telling me to push buttons). So give The Red Brick Cottage a try just like I did and You’ll never regret that decision.”

The owner and his wife were so friendly and I will definitely return for more doughnuts and to try biscuits and gravy. One more note that the cinnamon rolls are amazing and are huge.”

“This place is awesome they're 100% honest and upfront with you The manager there who goes by Jeremy is a really good GUY! I feel like he went the extra mile, even with the phone ringing Non-Stop he invited me into the bay an pulled a couple of bad parts out from under my hood and physically showed them to me, as well as explained the situation of what's going on with my vehicle... Chevrolet swore up and down I had bad spark plugs but meineke cleared that up real fast for me... In actuality one or more of the previous owners ran synthetic mix instead of full synthetic so I needed a complete oil system flush and a pair of new vvt's. Any and all car maintenance from this point forward will be going through this establishment I'm very pleased with the service performed on my vehicle.”

“Chris is hands down one of the best, most honest mechanics I have ever used. He is genuine and never tries to upsell you for something you don't need. He was sending me pictures of the transmission replacement, recommendations for other things, what could wait, what needed to be done now. He installed a brand new 6L80 Transmission on my 2012 Cadillac Esacalade EXT and I haven't had any issues since then. He really goes above and beyond the typical customer experience to ensure you are comfortable and well taken care of. I'll be using him for any further work on any of my vehicles.
