We had multiple inspections done by different companies as we sought answers for some mysterious ant behavior as we were seeing just a few ants here and there (no line of them, no apparent source/nest, not getting into obvious food sources). A Action didn’t try to scare us about a possible infestation or suggest hundreds of dollars and continued service, trying to make a big sell, as another company did. They just offered to start with trying a simple spray to see if that took care of it. And then when nothing happened, they literally took action and came back in and sprayed again, at no charge because nothing at all had happened the first time... and the second time was the charm and we haven’t seen an ant since! Very appreciative of their service, of the balance of friendliness and professionalism exhibited by their technician, too.
