On a cross-country road trip with four small kids when my check engine light came on. I was recommended Octane by a towing service. I explained to them the urgency of our situation, and I was so relieved to find that they would be able to see us right away. This was a Godsend to six out-of-towners, including a very tired baby. Within about an hour, we were on the road again. The gentlemen helping us were professional and friendly, and they were patient with four impatient kids and their parents. Thanks to all the guys at Octane!

Great work my car needed a break boater installed the same week my engine light came on. Called and I was told to bring it by and they would see what the light was saying. It turned out to be the oil pressure sensor. They replaced it in about an hour now back on the road doing fine they knew that dodge was having a problem with this. I’m glad to be a customer and found a good shop for my work. Do yourself a favor and start doing your shop work with this shop.

I was on my way back home to attend a funeral back in January when my car stopped on the highway in 13° weather. After calling numerous places in the surrounding area, no one could or even offered as much assistance as these guys did. Not only did they come get me out of the freezing cold in their own vehicle, they gave me hot coffee and a place to warm up while they figured out what was wrong with my car. They made getting my car on the road their main priority at the moment. I got my car fixed, paid, and was on my way back home, BUT before I could leave, the owner came to my car and told me they had over charged me and insisted on refunding me the difference after I insisted they keep it for all the help they provided. I would have never known I was overcharged. Their honesty, dedication to great work, and caring attitude towards others made this horrible experience so much better. Dustin, Cory, and Allen...I will never forget you guys. I pray I never have car issues on the road again, but if so, I hope it is near Octane. Thank you guys. You are my heroes.
