(March 25, 2018, 10:59 pm)The staff is always incredibly helpful. For some things there is just not substitute to talking to someone face to face to get information. There can be a bit of a wait, especially when only one person is working. I can see where that would be a pain for anyone in a hurry. Fortunately it's never really been an issue for me.
