(April 30, 2021, 10:08 am)Understanding they had just opened their restaurant dining and we’re short staffed, I feel the experience was great. We made reservations. I recommend this if you want to eat past 6:00 pm. The atmosphere was pleasant. Our server was kind, helpful, and attentive. We could tell she was new so there was some grace given there. The manager also came by to see how we were doing several times. Highly recommend the green chili wontons and derby pie.
(April 21, 2021, 9:04 am)The Bristol has consistently great food and great service. The menu is not extensive, but it is diverse, and everything I've had has been very good, every time. The outdoor patio at the Bardstown road restaurant is particularly nice. I highly recommend the Bristol, and am glad they survived the Covid winter.

I had the incredible fried chicken salad. Wonderful and delicious
