Having lived in Louisville before and knowing this area, it's not the best of neighborhoods, but we felt safe enough. There was only one other camper there when we were there. Dante is there on site and is very kind and accommodating. There is Electric hookup right next to your camper, the dump station is around back and you will be guided to it. It's 20 bucks to dump. Simple place to stay. No fancy amenities. But it did the job. We would go back. We ended up riding scooters back and forth because we have a mobile home that we were using to stay in while we were vendors at the art festival at St James Court.

Great place to stay for the Derby. Awesome team runs the campground. Lots of security, police regularly drive through the grounds. Walking distance to Churchill Downs.
