Amazing hotel.woman at the front desk was so nice.when we checked in around 7:30 she was so caring, upon check in she gave us 2 bottles of water. After ordering dominos at around 9:30 we check are food and there were no forks,so we go to the front desk and ask for some . This woman was the nicest people I’ve encountered at any holiday inn. Will be back when traveling through Louisville

Fantastic service! We arrived at close to midnight needing a room during a trip stop with two tired little kids, and the lady at the front desk got us a room immediately. When we got to the room, there were loud neighbors across the wall and the hall, so I went to ask about another room. She didn't miss a beat, was very polite and understanding, and got us another room right away. Both rooms were really nicely updated and clean (as well as the hotel), and the beds were quite comfortable. Holiday Inn is moving up in our books, keep up the fantastic service!!

Stayed for a night on our way home from vacation. Room was spacious and clean. Pool wasn't huge but it was nice. The other guests were friendly. They had a good hot breakfast spread as well. We'll stay there next time through for sure. If you need a place to stop and stay with your family this is a good spot!

The hotel staff was friendly during check-in and throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I recommend the sausage and egg biscuits along with fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice among breakfast choices. Quick, easy check-out completed our positive customer experience. Also, the hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, providing easy access.

I could have meant nicer people then at this hotel. My husband travels for work. Susan and Angela and Selena our absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was at home. My daughter loved seeing and spending time with Susan when she was working. This hotel and the wonderful lady's here is why I can't wait to go back and see our wonderful new friends. Thank you lady's for awesome 3 weeks we were there. Hopefully we'll see you all again. Johns family.

Local firemen.staple of the community. They hold charity BBQ events for young kids and all are very nice.
