But man the Staff made me feel comfortable and weren’t judge mental at all and The DR was amazing in making sure you knew what was about to be done and supportive in trying to help me in any way possible to get me to be able to smile again. “I worked at Rocky Creek Village many years back. I worked in the model center as a receptionist and did several other duties that the other employees would not get off their butts and do. So I transferred to home health care which was awesome everyone in their did their jobs and worked hard. And I never found the part owner Mr Lupo to be an unreasonable person. For what it's worth, there were occasions when family members would just drop their elderly relatives at the model center and just leave them there. Sad. I remember one elderly woman who did not want to be there and was very depressed when she first got there very unhappy but within a week she was getting her hair done she was socializing and always had a smile on her face. maintenance department was the worst very hard to get them to do anything. None of them spoke English so maybe they didn't understand. I don't know but it was frustrating. Yes there were roaches even back then and termites and other issues but the mobile homes were older and it is Florida so it's kind of hard to keep up on that but I agree the conditions definitely could have been better. My evaluation would be that it is a place for low income people as the rents were low and included electricity. I'm not going to put the place down because I seen how it did so much good for the elderly. Always activities going on and for the most part the residents seemed content with their lives at Rocky Creek Village”

“This practice is the best, and my family has been patients for years!! Our prior dentist(s) could never compare to the excellent work administered by Dr. Patty Thompson and her staff; extremely professional and experts!!! When ever any family member, especially children, have issues, each member has been seen the day a call was placed, mentioning our concern. We have had no issues with insurance. The practice has always promptly reported/filed our paperwork to insurance company. It should be stressed that it is the patient's responsibility to have direct contact with their insurance company prior to any medical procedure to determine if his/her procedure and doctor are accepted. My family has never had an issue!!!!! I can only recommend this dentist to anyone in driving distance.”

“Last week was my first visit. Lance cut my hair and did a great job. The guy who cut my hair for years retired. I haven’t been happy with the cut I got from the last 3 places but looks like my hair has found a new home. I’ll be back. As a side note, I thought it was cool that Fern Creek Barber Shop has a vacuum system hooked up to prevent hair from falling all over your clothes and on the floor.
