BenchMark Physical Therapy

It's Taco Bell. There's not much to say. You get the same reliable food and service pretty much everywhere. I feel like this chain has weathered the staffing shortage better than some other fast food chains, at least in NW Ohio.

Got a burrito supreme to go in the drive thru and it took 15 minutes to get to the window. The burrito was messy from ingredients that may or may not have been intended for it. Difficult to eat without getting dirty.

The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful and so understanding to my circumstances. I have gotten stronger and more mobile since I started my therapy.

I had a titanium rod put in my leg due to cancer cells destroying my femur. I couldn't walk without pain. I started seeing Benchmark in Aug 2021. I chose Benchmark because Chelsea was so friendly on the phone. Marie is my physical therapist. She has been remarkable. She explains everything we do and why. I am already walking with little or no pain. Marie is very knowledgeable and also very caring. Do yourself a favor and choose Benchmark.

Travis is a fantastic Physical Therapist. My neck pain prior to starting PT at Benchmark was excruciating. Travis was able to pinpoint and correct my issues with a variety of techniques. I can’t say enough good things about Benchmark. If I have the need for PT again, I’ll be calling Benchmark for an appointment with Travis!

Travis is such a caring PT. He listened to my concerns and offered flexible times to come in for therapy. My back was really sore and now I can care for my kids without being in pain. Donna is a student there who also helped with my therapy plan and she was wonderful, too. Highly recommend!

Currently, I’m ending my final clinical rotation for Physical Therapy school at Benchmark - Jeffersontown. I’m very thankful I was placed here. Travis is truly a great therapist and clinical instructor. He is a therapist that I want to strive to be like one day. He is very knowledgeable and caring to all of his patients and helps them to achieve their goals. I’ve witnessed great patient experiences and improved quality of life among various diagnoses. It’s very inspiring to be a part of!! Overall, Benchmark is a great outpatient physical therapy company always putting the patient and their needs above anything else. I highly recommend this location for those who want an attentive and caring physical therapist in a friendly environment!
