(June 7, 2022, 1:39 pm)My husband and I called Steve because we no longer wanted to pay 6% to sell our home. Steve came and spoke to us about his process that included an open house. I’ve always been against open houses. Steve assured me if he could do an open house it increased the chance of him bringing a buyer who was not working with a realtor and that decreases our fees. I finally agreed to one open house and sure enough Steve brought us an offer from a couple who did not have a realtor. He then worked as a dual agent and it was a seamless transaction. He also handled most of the issues from the inspection while we vacationed in Mexico. Steve knows the business back and forth. Don’t hesitate to use him to sell your home and keep more money in your pocket!

(January 22, 2022, 9:06 pm)My husband and I sold our house last April, Steve Canfield flat rate realty represented us and handled everything quickly.and at a much lower commission rate and the house sold for more than we had anticipated. The first week of our contract he had a professional photographer come in and the photos were amazing, next he decided to follow up with an open house the day after the photos went on line. The open house was incredibly successful, 20 people showed up and by the end of the weekend we had several very strong offers. We accepted the highest offer and within 45 days the sale was complete. I appreciated having an advocate to communicate with the lenders in ways we wouldn’t have known how. Buying or selling a home can feel quite drawn out for unknown reasons at times and having an experienced point person to give you updates is a valuable component. Steve and his team were always available to our calls and e-mails through the process and handled all the showings. They know the Louisville real estate market well and made the process much easier for us. Thanks Steve!
(December 29, 2021, 1:01 am)Working with Steve was a great experience as he quickly sold my Mother's condo. Also, he took care of selling my brothers home which was a little bit more complicated due to guardianship. He worked hard to make sure all legal issues were completed in a timely & efficient manner.
I would definitely recommend Steve for the value & personal service he provides.
