(September 4, 2020, 3:31 pm)I enjoyed my first visit with VisionFirst and Doctor Julie M. Rallo, O.D. Making the appointment online was easy. The phone call to the office receptionist helped answer my questions. Although I missed the email for arriving 15 minutes or doing paperwork ahead of time and didn't read it until after my appointment, no one made me feel like I was behind. Shelby helped guide me through my eye exams and went through extra efforts such as cleaning my glasses mid-way. Dr. Julie was open to questions and made good use of my time in the office. Thanks.
