“The food quality was excellent and the delivery time was great. Had to call them twice though because they had music that was blaring while I was on hold the first time. I had to hang up and call them again. I almost called a competitor but I really wanted to try their new stuffed crust pizza. Had the incident with the first phone call not happened I would have gave them a 5 star rating and wished to give them more. The loud music gave me a massive headache and I already had limited hearing in my other ear so that is a serious concern. Just be ready to pull the phone away from your ear and you get a great pizza. Papa John’s has a great product here and the staff was great too!!!”

“This doctor is my family's hero. It doesn't matter how long it takes, he will patiently listen to everything. He is smart, kind and never discounts how you feel. His staff is excellent- especially Sherry. You will wait in his office and for an appointment- but that's bc he knows what he's doing and will take ANY AMOUNT of time you need- so I'm always happy to wait. He saved my mom's life. I'm so grateful to be his patient for the last 7 years. I've never had another doctor like him!!”

“I wanted to leave a review to commend the on site Manager, Glimmer. My husband and I are long time RVers (as in seven plus years) so we have been to (and stayed in) countless parks. Over this last Summer we decided to look for a place to stay in the Louisville area. We spent a week at a park nearby Manor Isle but quickly learned there were numerous “rules” that seemed (to us) to be way outside the norm! Actually unrealistic, to be honest. During that week we began our search for a new park. I found Manor Isle and thought to myself “why not give them a call.” My husband and I are so happy I called! From my very first interaction with Glimmer, I was more than pleased! Not only do I love her unique name, but she’s knowledgeable, competent, and really just a joy to work with! She was so kind, patient, and thorough with me and believe me I had a gazillion questions! We made an appointment with her to come and see what sites she had to offer and check out the Park as well as the area. We found the park is quite nice and very well kept! Huge plus to us, as it shows management genuinely cares. Glimmer spent a wealth of time with us, because (naturally) my husband and I had more questions while on site. Again, Glimmer answered EVERY single one of them! Prior to our arrival Glimmer walked us through every single step of getting settled in by our scheduled/planned arrival date; all the pertinent information and telephone numbers of the companies we’d need to establish service with. She is incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we have! One night we thought our 20Amp was not working so I text Glimmer to see how we could tell. She IMMEDIATELY came over to our site/lot and got us all situated! It was late and it was VERY cold!! We really appreciated that she came over and fixed it so quickly! Bottom line is this, if you’re looking for a place to stay in the Louisville area, this one really fits the bill! It’s not only nice, it’s well maintained, safe, quiet (with the exception of road noise but you get that everywhere), and Glimmer responds as though she’s working for YOU, or that you’re the only one in the park! Incredible! For all the reasons I’ve mentioned in this review, we’d not only HIGHLY recommend your Park, we’d also have NO hesitation in returning! Thank you so much! AND ~ on those days when people may forget to thank Glimmer for all that she does, please give her a HUGE shout out from US!!”

“Has a great medical program! Many of the staff members became family. The staff there cares so much. They help any of their students when they need it. Yes there was students who didn’t care about their education who brought down the school but that’s at nearly any school. I was sad to leave if I could go back to end my high school years there I would. Don’t let the good and bad be labeled as the same because Valley is truely better than many people think!”

“The level of professionalism always prevails every time I walk in. Everyone is very organized and prompt. I want to especially recognize Azah. Her customer service was excellent. She single handedly helped each customer and wasn't hesitant about going out of her way to make sure everyone's needs we're met. Further more, I had a question that regarded a managers approval and the manager wouldn't be in for another hour or so. Azah wrote down my information, spoke with the manager, had the problem fixed and personally called me back to inform me that it had been corrected and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. That ladies and gentleman is customer service. I make a 30 minute trip just to go to the bank and I always leave satisfied. A big thanks to valleystation US bankfor putting forth the effort to help all your customers and especially Azah for putting her heart into the job.”
