They treated me very well. was they perfect in returning calls etc, no but the way doctor offices are overrun you need to follow up and be involved in your own well being as well. no one is perfect but i appreciate them.
I have, unfortunately, had medical issues most of my adult life and seen countless Doctors and Nurses. I have not ever been treated by a staff as caring, knowledgeable and articulate as I have been at the Dutchman location of KentuckyOne Gastroenterology. From check in to check out, it is always a pleasant experience. I am a patient of Dr. Tuvlin and Shelly Waldman and could not recommend them more.
