(September 9, 2021, 1:07 pm)The owner and additional installer worked well beyond what had been agreed to. I made not the best wood stove insert selection for the size of my fireplace opening. Installed as I purchased it would have looked horrible. Eastwood worked for hours to correct and adjust the placement of the insert so the final product looked really good. Pictures to follow once a fire is burning. One of the best places in town for any service. Yes they are swamped with work and it is not the easiest to reach them but keep trying as the finished product will be worth it.
